Quotes and Orders
All quotes provided by Chicago Pallet Solutions are estimates and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual product availability, market conditions, and delivery requirements. An order is confirmed only when both parties agree to the terms in writing or via email.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, recycled and reconditioned pallets may vary in appearance, color, and wood species. Grades are assigned based on structural integrity and functional condition, not cosmetic uniformity. By ordering recycled pallets, you acknowledge and accept this natural variation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established at the time of order confirmation. Standard terms are net 30 days for approved credit accounts. New customers may be required to pay in advance or upon delivery. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of services.
Limitation of Liability
Chicago Pallet Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.
